What blows my mind is that AT has such a dark and truly sad backstory that even for adults is pretty cerebral. It was one of the saddest moments I saw when Ice King was trying to write a song and Marcie was reading his journal and reliving the past of Ooo. It's heartbreaking when you think about it. Only person in your life who cares and is trying to make things better is going mad and vanishes forever without a word. Simon's (aka Ice King) story really needs to be explored deeply in my opinion
